Do you like snickers? Cause we sure do! We haven't enjoyed them quite the same as we did prior to eating more plant based, so an alternative was imperative. After researching other recipes I created this one and alter it usually every time I make them because it's so versatile. The house smells amazing when we make these and our bellies are so happy. Ingredients
2 Cups of Rolled Oats
1 1/2 Cup of Non-Dairy Milk
1/4-1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
1/3 Peanut Butter
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup Peanuts
1/2 Cup of Dark Chocolate
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seeds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Use a 9x9 inch pan and grease with coconut oil or line with parchment paper. by greasing it or lining with parchment.
In a bowl, mix the oats, flax, baking powder, and sea salt.
In another bowl mix the milk, vanilla, maple syrup, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and peanuts. Combine well. Pour this into the dry ingredients and mix.
Pour mixture into the pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes then enjoy!
